As a Customer Service Advocate on the Commercial Auto team, you’ll support elevated service inquiries, complex policy transactions, and partner communication. You’ll be on the front lines helping small business owners navigate their policies while advocating for long-term solutions and continuous process improvement.

• 💰 Base Pay: $20.50–$22.00/hour
• 🕐 Schedule: Full-time
• 💻 Remote: Work-from-home anywhere in the U.S. (territories excluded)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle advanced support via phone, email, and internal systems
• Resolve customer issues related to billing, policy issuance, and documentation
• Maintain service-level agreements with consistency and professionalism
• Anticipate and prevent future customer issues through proactive problem-solving
• Collaborate across departments and voice the customer’s needs internally
• Assist with onboarding and training new Commercial Auto team members
• Maintain product knowledge and compliance with evolving processes
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferably in high-volume contact centers)
• 1+ years of commercial insurance experience required
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Experience with Google Suite; Salesforce and customer service platforms a plus
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Willingness to spend up to 8 hours/day on customer phone/email support
