Pie Insurance is reshaping commercial insurance for small businesses—making it affordable, accessible, and as easy as pie. As a Digital Account Specialist, you’ll manage a high-volume portfolio of 850+ partner accounts. You’ll drive engagement, foster strategic relationships, and help scale growth in the Commercial Auto space while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

• 💰 Base Pay: $25.25–$30.00/hour
• 🎯 On-Target Commission: ~$15,000 (incentive-based role)
• 🕐 Schedule: Full-time
• 💻 Remote: U.S.-based (excluding territories)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage ongoing partner communications and relationships to grow engagement and premium volume
• Support and influence production across agency partners including CSRs, producers, and principals
• Represent Pie at external partner meetings, networking events, and trade shows
• Use reporting and analytics to identify trends and develop actionable partner strategies
• Track and report progress toward performance goals and OKRs
• Collaborate across teams to refine internal processes and enhance the partner experience
• Help forecast distribution channel premium growth
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business development or account/client management
• 1+ year in commercial auto or commercial insurance preferred
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment
• Executive presence, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Data-driven with proven experience hitting sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, Looker, Groove, Highspot
