📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with students
• Provide proactive support to students facing academic or personal challenges
• Use communication tools to conduct outreach and interventions
• Track student persistence, progression, and outcomes
• Consult with students who are considering withdrawal and support re-engagement
• Document all student interactions in accordance with compliance guidelines
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years in academic advising, coaching, counseling, or a related student support role
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and digital
• Empathetic and student-focused, with a desire to help others succeed
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable interpreting student data and trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and student database tools
