Lenders One, a division of Altisource, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in credit verification and mortgage services. In this contract role, you’ll support the mortgage underwriting process by conducting credit investigations, verifying data, and providing exceptional service to clients—all while working from home.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls related to credit verifications
• Process supplement requests to support mortgage loan underwriting
• Investigate credit and financial history using all available data
• Ensure timely turnaround, production goals, and quality standards
• Handle sensitive personal information with discretion and accuracy
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all relevant data privacy and federal regulations
• Interpret and review credit report data for clarity and completeness
• Follow strict procedures and workflows to ensure consistency
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• Experience in mortgage services or financial services is required
• Strong understanding of credit services and compliance regulations preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a professional environment
• Ability to handle complex scenarios (foreclosures, bankruptcies, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured team environment
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
