📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the single point of contact for buyers, lenders, and stakeholders during title/settlement transactions
• Review and paraphrase title documents and commitments with accuracy
• Provide real-time updates to all transaction stakeholders
• Research and resolve complaints, disputes, and high-priority items
• Deliver 100% quality in documentation and communication
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and meet all assigned goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• 1–2 years of international voice process experience (Mortgage or Insurance preferred)
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills will be considered
• Clear Versant score of 55 or higher required
• Experience in U.S. mortgage or title/settlement process strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Neutral or American accent required for client-facing interactions
