As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members—guiding them through enrollment, onboarding, and app usage. ✅ Position Highlights
• 💰 Hourly: Up to $18/hour + monthly bonus
• 🕐 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• 📆 Hours: Monday–Saturday | 6 AM – 8 PM PST (flexible scheduling)
• 💻 Remote: Work-from-home anywhere in the U.S.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to prospective members, introducing them to the Wellth program
• Assist members with downloading and navigating the Wellth mobile app
• Explain program benefits, overcome objections, and answer questions with empathy
• Conduct feedback outreach to help elevate member voices
• Provide clear, consistent, and patient support—especially to those less familiar with technology
• Maintain accurate records and follow proper protocols during each interaction
• Deliver a high volume of calls while keeping service levels high
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Motivated by meaningful work and goal-driven environments
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Tech-literate—especially with iOS and Android apps
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable working with vulnerable or medically complex populations
• Professional, courteous phone presence
• Self-starter who takes initiative
