As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you’ll be the first voice patients hear—offering them support, clarity, and connection. You’ll guide families into care with empathy, turning phone calls into life-changing opportunities.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care
• Educate patients on services and resources available through their health plan
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals
• Handle questions and guide patients with clarity and compassion
• Log outreach accurately and keep records up to date
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Schedule appointments and follow-up care
• Stay up to date with training and healthcare best practices
• Support inbound calls from interested patients
