📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as a trusted partner for Pomelo’s health plan and employer clients
• Support Customer Success Directors in delivering a best-in-class experience
• Use data storytelling to highlight outcomes, trends, and opportunities
• Drive retention through clear insights, regular reporting, and strategic reviews
• Lead and project-manage seamless customer onboarding and implementations
• Identify patient trends across clients, markets, and lines of business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, data, marketing, and ops teams
• Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring alignment across all Pomelo teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years in consulting, customer success, or project management
• At least 1 year of experience in health tech or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities and complex projects
• Proactive, customer-obsessed, and detail-oriented
• Data-driven thinker who can absorb and apply new concepts quickly
• Excels in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
