You’ll be instrumental in improving outcomes by guiding families through enrollment and education with care and compassion.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients in Pomelo Care
• Clearly explain services and answer questions with empathy
• Achieve enrollment goals aligned with company KPIs
• Manage and document outreach interactions accurately
• Collaborate with providers, care teams, and community partners
• Support families in scheduling follow-ups and appointments
• Handle inbound interest with warmth and clarity
• Stay current through ongoing training and development
