Deephaven Mortgage is seeking experienced, motivated Wholesale Account Executives to help expand our reach in the non-QM mortgage space. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions
• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up on active leads
• Educate partners on Deephaven’s non-QM loan products, pricing, and processes
• Handle scenario and pricing inquiries confidently and knowledgeably
• Track and report monthly loan volume and quality
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure efficient loan processing
• Stay current with regulatory standards and industry trends
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (non-QM a plus)
• Strong understanding of mortgage sales, underwriting, and closing processes
• Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, personable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with sales technology; experience with Encompass, Point, or similar LOS preferred
• Team-oriented with a drive to exceed goals and make an impact
