🧾 About the Role
TruBlue of West Houston is seeking a Customer Experience Admin to serve as the first point of contact for customers needing home repairs and maintenance. You’ll manage the full customer journey—from the initial inquiry through project close-out—and support Home Techs in delivering quality service. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and scheduling skills to help keep operations running smoothly.

• Compensation: $12.00–$14.00 per hour
• Schedule: Live phone/email response during shifts
• Reports to: President of TruBlue Houston
📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to all customer calls, leads, and messages within 24 hours
• Manage daily Home Tech schedules and appointments
• Coordinate in-home visit scheduling for complex proposals
• Draft, approve, and send job proposals; follow up post-deposit
• Maintain close communication with the Owner, Techs, and customers
• Provide job updates and maintain records in all systems
• Close out jobs in operational and accounting software
• Send automated invoices after job completion
• Manage service callbacks and collect referrals
• Post job updates, testimonials, and images to social media and website
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a positive, helpful attitude
• Customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
• High-speed internet and a home computer with microphone headset
• Familiarity with HouseCallPro, Workiz, or similar platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and juggle priorities
• Background check clearance required
• Desire to exceed expectations and leave customers with a great impression
