📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary contact for individuals taking leave across client companies
• Manage all stages of the leave process using Sparrow’s internal systems and tools
• Provide timely, accurate communication through phone, email, and video
• Coordinate with internal payroll partners to ensure timely, accurate pay
• Communicate with state reps, doctors’ offices, HR/payroll teams, and clients
• Track multiple tasks and leave stages with detail-oriented precision
• Participate in team feedback loops and suggest product/process improvements
• Champion empathy and clarity in every customer interaction
