🧾 About the Role
TruBlue Houston is seeking a Customer Experience Admin (CEA) to serve as the first point of contact for customers needing home repairs and maintenance. As the voice of our brand, you’ll manage inbound communication, support scheduling, and ensure follow-through for a seamless customer experience. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves helping others, and brings a friendly, solutions-oriented approach to every interaction.

• Title: Customer Experience Admin
• Location: Fully Remote – U.S. only
• Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
• Reports to: President, TruBlue Houston
• Response Standard: Must respond to customer messages within 24 hours
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and voicemails
• Prepare and send job proposals, follow up after deposit is received
• Schedule and dispatch Home Techs for service calls, installations, and site visits
• Coordinate with customers on scheduling and provide job status updates
• Manage daily scheduling in platforms like HouseCallPro or Workiz
• Update company website and social media with photos and testimonials
• Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and referrals
• Close out jobs in operations/accounting systems and issue automated invoices
• Track and log all leads and service records in database

• Customer service or phone-based support experience required
• Must own a home computer, high-speed internet, and microphone headset
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong written communication and data entry skills
• Experience with platforms like HouseCallPro, Workiz, or Lead Trackers preferred
