Givzey is looking for a relationship-driven, goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You’ll serve as the trusted partner to nonprofit clients, helping them maximize value from our Gift Agreement Platform while driving adoption, retention, and growth. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage a defined book of business, driving adoption, satisfaction, and renewals
• Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients to build trust and longevity
• Lead onboarding, training, and implementation efforts for new clients
• Track usage data, flag risks, and execute data-driven retention strategies
• Serve as the voice of the customer—internally advocating for client needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, legal, and credit teams to resolve issues and enhance service
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients expand their impact with Givzey
• Improve and refine Customer Success processes and tools as the team scales


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years in Customer Success or client-facing SaaS support role (CSM experience preferred)
Prior nonprofit fundraising experience required—frontline, donor relations, or advancement services
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Zoom and written)
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Passion for Givzey’s mission and helping nonprofits thrive
