📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and elegant full-stack web applications
• Design interfaces and front-end layouts using modern HTML/CSS standards
• Write clean, testable Python code within Flask or Django frameworks
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, bugs, and technical debt
• Upgrade legacy code and systems to ensure reliability and maintainability
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for ongoing support
• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and industry best practices
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, customers, and leadership to deliver world-class solutions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in web development or programming
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Flask or Django
• Front-end development skills in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of backend integration and PostgreSQL database management
• Familiarity with Linux environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
