📋 What You’ll Own
• Supervise daily operations for a team of phone agents and processors
• Hire, train, and coach new and existing team members
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries with poise and professionalism
• Jump in on inbound/outbound calls during peak times to maintain service levels
• Conduct audits to identify workflow efficiencies and improve performance
• Deliver ongoing quality feedback and performance reviews
• Collaborate with management on call handling trends, training, and improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Generate reports and insights to inform broader strategy
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in a supervisory role in employee benefits, insurance, or related service industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach teams in a remote or hybrid setting
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of phone etiquette
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset
• Organizational skills to handle competing priorities with grace
• Tech comfort: Windows, web-based platforms, reporting systems
