This role begins with 4 weeks of on-site training in Everett, WA, after which you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely (if located within 30 miles).

• Pay Range: $16.00 – $27.69/hour
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Must be available Sunday–Saturday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer and manage 80–100 inbound calls daily
• Handle appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, refill requests, and message routing
• Use patient charting systems to relay information to clinical teams
• Provide exceptional service and solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Other customer support duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 18+ years of age
• 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or administrative role
• Familiarity with Windows-based applications and computer systems
• Flexibility to work any assigned shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, with occasional overtime as needed
• Reside within 30 miles of Everett, WA for training and equipment requirements
