You’ll handle billing functions with precision—validating insurance, posting payments, resolving discrepancies, coding claims, and following up on denials. • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST
• Training: 4–6 weeks paid (same schedule)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Validate insurance coverage and process recurring rentals
• Accurately code, bill, and reconcile claims using Epic
• Follow up on denials and billing issues with payers
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed
• Generate and manage invoices; monitor outstanding balances
• Educate patients/customers on online billing and payment tools
• Support audits and quality assurance processes
• Provide input on billing policies and workflow improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of healthcare accounts receivable experience
• 2+ years of insurance billing experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology and billing best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general Windows platforms
• Able to work full-time M–F, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM PST with occasional OT if needed
• 18 years of age or older
✨ Preferred Experience
• Medicare and/or Medicaid billing expertise
• Familiarity with Home Medical Equipment (HME), Hospice, or Home Health billing
