As a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding new corporate clients through the implementation of Foley’s compliance and driver management software. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term customer success.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support onboarding managers in preparing client-facing materials and internal documentation
• Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and tasks across departments
• Communicate regularly with clients to gather configuration requirements and deliver updates
• Maintain accurate customer records in business systems like CRM and onboarding trackers
• Provide responsive, professional support via email, phone, and other communication tools
• Track project plans and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality client implementations
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to meet customer goals
• Assist with administrative duties and cross-functional initiatives as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer service
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management
• Comfortable with multitasking and thriving under deadlines
• Independent thinker with a strong work ethic and team mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in SaaS onboarding or project coordination
• Basic familiarity with Generative AI tools
• Knowledge of B2B compliance or transportation industry is a plus
