📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide empathetic, knowledgeable customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Manage incoming phone calls and electronic requests professionally and promptly
• Process lab results, consent forms, faxes, and documentation in a compliant and timely manner
• Educate clients on billing and non-billing matters, lab test protocols, and specimen submission
• Resolve customer concerns using appropriate resources, escalating when necessary
• Enter and manage patient data with precision and confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with technical staff and internal departments to ensure seamless service
• Arrange for client supply orders and medical kit shipments
• Review and complete inbound and outbound support queues

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Preferred Experience
• 1–3 years in clinical lab, healthcare, insurance, or medical billing support
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged
• Previous experience supporting physicians’ offices or working with EHR/lab platforms
