Microf is hiring a Collections Specialist to support our customer base through proactive communication and thoughtful account resolution. You’ll assist customers with inquiries, secure payment arrangements, and maintain accurate account records—all while ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a remote position with occasional on-site requests at our Atlanta office.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage customer accounts in non-renewal status by contacting account holders and listed references
• Secure payment arrangements and maximize successful monthly renewals
• Deliver outstanding customer service through first-call resolution and professional communication
• Update and document all client information in the company CRM
• Skip trace accounts when applicable
• Meet all outbound call and performance metric (KPI) requirements
• Support team goals and provide updates during monthly meetings
• Contact all newly assigned accounts within one business day
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years of collections or customer service experience
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes preferred
• Detail-oriented and accurate with strong time management
• Calm under pressure and confident in high-stress conversations
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy: proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Flexible and collaborative team player
• Available for evening/weekend shifts if needed
