As our Billing Supervisor, you’ll lead a high-performing team of onshore and offshore billing pros, drive operational excellence, and surface insights that directly shape our product and strategy.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead and support billing staff to hit and exceed KPIs
• Oversee day-to-day operations for onshore and offshore billing teams
• Monitor and improve team productivity, quality, and workflow prioritization
• Identify patterns and flag operational risks or billing pain points
• Collaborate across departments to build upstream fixes that reduce denials and rejections
• Champion initiatives that improve billing lifecycle efficiency and scalability
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience leading RCM or medical billing teams across specialties and states
• Knowledge of telehealth billing, multi-specialty billing, and EDI workflows
• Proven track record in areas like payment posting, denial resolution, and reconciliations
• Analytical mindset—comfortable making data-informed decisions and leading others to do the same
• Preventative approach to RCM—anticipates billing issues before they occur
• Skilled communicator who can break down complex problems for both technical and non-technical teammates
• Flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-changing, high-growth environments
