As a Claims Support Associate, you’ll be the engine behind our adjusters—setting up files, managing documents, and helping resolve claims with speed and accuracy.

• 💰 Salary Range: $38,000–$50,000/year

📋 What You’ll Own
• Open and assign claim files with accurate data from docs and calls
• Manage incoming emails, faxes, and paper mail—upload to correct claims
• Track and complete task queues to support claim resolution
• Prepare standard claim forms and closing letters
• Keep accurate records and stay on top of deadlines and SLAs
• Use technology to streamline support functions and flag inefficiencies
• Collaborate with adjusters to improve processes and shape tools
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 2 years in insurance admin, claims support, compliance, or risk
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Detail-obsessed and hyper-organized
• Confident working with Google Docs, Sheets, and online platforms
• Curious, empathetic, adaptable—and yes, a sense of humor helps
