Coalition Technologies is seeking a savvy, results-driven Social Media Specialist to grow online communities and tell dynamic brand stories across platforms. You’ll ideate, create, and measure content across B2B and B2C accounts, working closely with a top-tier global digital agency that has thrived in remote work for over a decade.

• 💰 Pay Range: $17–$35/hr (based on location, experience, and skills test performance)

• ⏱ Full-Time: 40 hours/week, 9 AM–6 PM PT

📋 What You’ll Own
• Craft compelling social content (copy, visuals, video) for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
• Develop social strategies tailored to target audiences for both B2B and B2C brands
• Schedule and manage posts using Hootsuite (or similar tools)
• Track analytics and ROI to continuously improve campaigns
• Research and test new platforms, features, and trends
• Collaborate with influencer and community outreach campaigns
• Build editorial calendars and syndication plans
• Respond to comments, questions, and reviews across social platforms
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on social strategy and execution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for global brands
• Mastery of platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite
• Strong understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and ROI
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Creative thinker who can develop engaging campaigns with purpose
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
