Candid Health is looking for a detail-oriented EDI Enrollments Specialist to support and maintain payer connectivity through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) setups. You’ll manage provider enrollment processes, resolve denials, and ensure accurate recordkeeping across systems—all while working closely with internal teams and customers. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Submit EDI, ERA, and EFT applications via payer and clearinghouse portals
• Investigate provider enrollment issues and denials
• Review payer correspondence and follow up with appropriate actions
• Serve as a liaison between RCM and Strategy/Ops to troubleshoot and resolve tasks
• Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and customers
• Maintain accurate enrollment records in internal systems
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs
• Uphold HIPAA compliance standards
• Keep workflow and process knowledge up to date
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing
• Experience with EDI enrollment processes (Change Healthcare experience a plus)
• Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving instincts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
