🧾 About the Role
ECP, a market-leading SaaS platform used in 7,500+ senior living communities, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand its footprint across the long-term care and senior living sectors. You’ll play a key role in qualifying leads, driving outreach, and supporting demos that introduce decision-makers to world-class healthcare software. Position Highlights
• 💼 Full-Time | Remote
• 📍 Optional office space in Milwaukee, WI
• 🌍 Territory: Nationwide outbound sales
• 🧭 CRM: HubSpot
• 🧳 Travel: 1–2 times per quarter for trade shows and industry events


📋 What You’ll Own
• Identify and prospect leads via phone, email, and outreach campaigns
• Qualify prospects and set up demos alongside senior sales reps
• Develop a strong understanding of ECP’s platform and product value
• Partner with Account Executives on mid-market and enterprise opportunities
• Support lead generation at conferences and trade shows
• Maintain accurate activity tracking, forecasting, and notes in HubSpot CRM
• Contribute ideas to enhance pipeline generation strategy


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Prior sales or outbound calling experience (preferred, not required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written communication—especially outbound email copy
• Comfortable making targeted outbound calls to new prospects
• High-energy, self-motivated, and organized
• Passion for technology, healthcare innovation, and SaaS
• Coachable, curious, and eager to grow in a high-velocity sales environment
• Willingness to travel quarterly for events, trade shows, or team gatherings
