📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide fast, helpful support via phone and email to Trackwrestling users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and walk users through solutions
• Update customer accounts and log support activity accurately
• Escalate technical outages and bugs to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet performance goals around speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years using the Trackwrestling platform (required)
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Problem-solving mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Time management and task prioritization skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced support environment
• Strong computer and basic tech troubleshooting skills

• Must have a reliable home internet connection and suitable work setup
