Resource Innovations is hiring a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist to support clean energy programs with excellence and care. You’ll manage inbound customer calls and emails while processing rebate documentation with precision. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email
• Review, sort, verify, and enter rebate application data
• Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate when needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service
• Accurately process and track rebate documentation
• Contribute to a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6–12 months experience in a call center or customer support setting
• Fluent in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
• Comfortable navigating databases and handling sensitive data
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
