📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle pharmacy-related calls, emails, and written correspondence from members and providers
• Support providers in claims adjudication and pharmacy navigation
• Resolve benefit and utilization management inquiries clearly and empathetically
• Accurately document interactions using internal tracking systems
• Advocate for customers by seeing resolutions through to completion
• Assist with operational tasks and cross-functional initiatives
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-aligned environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Detail-oriented, analytical, empathetic communicator
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and change
• Passion for improving healthcare delivery through innovation
