📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls to assist with inquiries, orders, billing, account support, and more
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow up through resolution
• Build positive rapport by listening, empathizing, and communicating with professionalism
• Support customers with returns, exchanges, shipment tracking, and account management
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
