🧾 About the Role
BroadPath is seeking an experienced and organized Seasonal Telesales Trainer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for virtually delivering engaging training programs that enhance the sales, product, and customer service skills of telesales representatives. Your impact will directly support high performance, closing rates, and customer satisfaction throughout seasonal campaigns.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Complete trainer certification and onboarding programs
• Design and deliver virtual training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
• Provide one-on-one coaching on objection handling, closing techniques, and telesales best practices
• Create and update training materials, presentations, and manuals
• Monitor post-training performance, offer support during nesting, and refine learning strategies
• Collaborate with Telesales Managers to assess performance gaps and develop targeted training plans
• Support operations when not actively training—through quality monitoring, call coaching, or subject matter expertise
• Stay up-to-date on compliance guidelines and telesales trends to keep training relevant and effective
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of telesales, customer service, or related experience
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or instructional design for virtual teams
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of telesales practices, including objection handling and closing
• Proficient with Zoom Pro, Citrix, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual facilitation tools
