🧾 About the Role
AudioEye is on a mission to eliminate every barrier to digital accessibility. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to join our Operations Team and help customers get the most from our platform. In this remote role, you’ll act as the go-to expert for service requests, product education, and account assistance—delivering outstanding customer experiences with empathy, problem-solving, and a solutions-first attitude.
✅ Position Highlights
• Full-time, Remote (U.S. based)
• Base Salary: $60,000–$65,000

📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, billing, and account support
• Educate users on AudioEye’s platform and new features
• Monitor and respond to customer complaints, escalating as needed
• Validate proper installation of products on customer websites
• Test and reproduce bugs, documenting issues and workarounds
• Coordinate audits, launch timelines, and ongoing client communication
• Create spreadsheets and reports for internal analysis
• Collect feedback via outbound surveys to share with Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Process customer renewals and maintain CRM accuracy
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a customer support or success role
• Experience working in a SaaS or software company
• Familiarity with help desk platforms (Zendesk, Hubspot, Jira, etc.)
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Patience and professionalism in tough customer situations
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and/or Excel
