We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team and provide best-in-class technical assistance to customers navigating compliance, security, and SaaS environments. • Full-time, Remote (U.S. based)
• $97K–$114K + Equity

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver timely, expert-level technical support via email, screen share, and chat
• Master the Vanta product—including its quirks and workarounds
• Explain complex issues clearly and empathetically
• Document solutions for scale and contribute to the internal/external knowledge base
• Identify trends and recurring issues using support CRM systems
• Collaborate with Engineering to report, validate, and help resolve bugs
• Troubleshoot issues across APIs, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and logs (Datadog, etc.)
• Participate actively in team standups, troubleshooting sessions, and process improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years of technical customer support in a SaaS/tech environment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid knowledge of APIs, networking, and log management tools like Datadog
• Experience with databases is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Empathy-first approach to customer experience and team collaboration
• Able to work 8AM–5PM PST, M–F, with occasional weekend/holiday rotation
• Must be based in the U.S.
