📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to calls and emails from Territory Managers (TMs) and customers
• Track orders, confirm ETAs, and resolve delivery issues or shipment discrepancies
• Process new orders, cancellations, returns, credits, and adjustments
• Enter and update vendor drop-ship data including manufacturer IDs, specs, and pricing
• Manage backorders and substitutions from alternate distribution centers
• Prepare and send order acknowledgments
• Communicate procedural standards and follow up on customer satisfaction
• Participate in training programs and support interdepartmental collaboration
• Assist with returns, adjustments, and special approvals when policies require escalation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
• 2+ years customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory practices, and product specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and deadline management
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and follow-through
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and online databases
• Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends, based on business needs
