Vital Care—the nation’s premier pharmacy franchise specializing in infusion services—is seeking a Remote Medical Biller to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you’ll process claims with accuracy and urgency to reduce denials, days sales outstanding (DSO), and bad debt. You’ll play a key part in supporting locally owned pharmacies across the country, serving patients in need of specialized care.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims to primary and secondary payers
• Review and resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful resubmission
• Track and document billing status using CareTend
• Identify and flag delivery tickets that are not yet ready for billing
• Maintain comprehensive case notes and communication records
• Support the development of training tools and process improvement initiatives
• Meet production goals while upholding compliance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High school diploma + specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing
• Proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with investigative mindset and follow-through
• Skilled at working independently and meeting performance targets
• Previous experience in an infusion suite or remote setting (preferred but not required)
