Symetra is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and agents regarding policy status, service questions, product details, and issue resolution
• Navigate multiple systems to support inquiries across New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office
• Document detailed call notes for every customer interaction
• Support and train new hires and Associate CSRs
• Process progressively complex customer requests while meeting department service-level agreements
• Perform other duties as needed by management
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 6–12 months of experience as a CSR or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to multitask and use multiple tools effectively
• Empathetic, proactive, and customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business
