The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is looking for a Credit Processor to join its team. This remote role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with experience in hospital billing, insurance, or account resolution. You’ll help ensure accurate account transactions, process refunds, and handle undistributed credits using EPIC and other tools. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Research and resolve undistributed or credit transactions in EPIC
• Process refunds, account offsets, postings, and transfers
• Contact insurance carriers or guarantors to update account data
• Maintain productivity metrics and meet accuracy standards (≥97%)
• Work through weekly refund requests and returned refund reports
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues
• Document actions clearly in all assigned accounts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, email, and EPIC (preferred)
• Able to analyze accounts and take initiative on resolution
• Clear, professional communication—written and verbal
• Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented
