Fieldwire, a Hilti Group affiliate, is hiring a Mid Market Account Executive to drive new revenue across construction industry clients. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while collaborating with Hilti’s outside salesforce. The focus is on building strong pipelines and relationships that convert inbound leads into long-term business. Construction software knowledge or SaaS background is a big plus.

• Base Salary: $70,000/year
• Bonus: Up to $50,000 annually in variable compensation
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Remote: Yes, U.S.-based (West Coast preferred)
• Travel: 1–2 weeks per quarter for on-site customer and sales team visits


📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and close inbound leads to meet a $500K/year revenue quota
• Maintain a 3x quota sales pipeline through outbound and channel activity
• Build strong internal partnerships with Hilti field teams to generate referrals
• Facilitate tailored demos and presentations for prospects
• Travel to meet with clients and support Hilti reps in the field
• Navigate complex deal cycles involving legal and pricing teams
• Stay informed on construction tech trends and competitive landscape


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in a full-cycle closing sales role (required)
• SaaS sales or construction industry experience (preferred)
• Experience with deals valued at $5K+ ARR (required)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and quota-driven
• Comfortable selling to executive-level decision-makers
• Skilled communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Familiarity with territory management and sales methodology
• Based in U.S. with willingness to travel quarterly
