📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer calls and emails from agents on licensing, commissions, appointments, and system access
• Help navigate WFG tools like Salesforce, WFG Mail, and internal platforms
• Investigate and analyze account or system issues
• Set expectations around processing times, service levels, and promotions
• Track service queue activity and maintain performance targets
• Participate in team calls to stay up-to-date on new products and field updates
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years in a call center or client-facing role
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• High-volume multitasking and attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset with great problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfort working with internal platforms and navigating multiple systems
