You’ll manage a dedicated book of nonprofit customers, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and renewal while strengthening loyalty and identifying growth opportunities. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nonprofit clients
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and product training for new users
• Drive product adoption, usage, and long-term engagement
• Build value-driven strategies that support client goals and increase satisfaction
• Document renewal strategies and maintain accurate engagement records
• Track customer metrics, compile reports, and act on insights
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams (credit, legal, tech) to support clients
• Contribute to evolving customer success processes, tools, and standards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising (e.g., frontline fundraising, donor relations, or advancement services)
• 1+ year experience in customer success (strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over Zoom
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized
• Strong time management and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and driven to improve processes and outcomes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
