Alliance Enterprises (an Aspire Software company) is seeking a tech-savvy, people-first Customer Support Specialist to join our U.S.-based remote team. In this role, you’ll provide frontline support for our proprietary case management software—troubleshooting, guiding, and empowering end users through every step of their issue. You’ll be the calm in their storm, the answer to their “it’s not working,” and the go-to for system demos and configuration help.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Troubleshoot support issues for a proprietary case management system
• Guide end-users through resolutions with patience and clarity
• Assist hosted and on-premise customers with system updates and configuration
• Perform software demos to highlight features and functionality
• Maintain high-quality documentation and follow formatting standards
• Work across tools and teams to ensure timely case movement and client satisfaction
• Collaborate in daily scrums, weekly triages, and team training activities
• Communicate issues proactively and clearly with both users and internal teams
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer support experience in a software setting
• Technical troubleshooting skills and a calm, confident support presence
• Experience supporting proprietary software or database systems preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft IIS and Visual Studio
• Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server (basic select queries and reading stored procedures)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with SDLC, RDBMS, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
