In this role, you’ll support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS platforms—most notably Workday, ADP, and Concur. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure efficient workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting that supports better decision-making.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Configure and maintain HRIS systems including Workday, ADP, and Concur
• Perform system administration tasks like security and business process configuration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and test workflows and custom reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with efficiency and clarity
• Manage integration support and system enhancements
• Communicate platform changes and updates to team members
• Support testing and rollout of Workday feature releases

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of Workday admin experience
• 1–2 years of ADP administration experience
• Experience working with ERP, CRM systems, and relational databases

• Ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
