Everlight Solar is seeking a Finance Assistant to help manage and process a variety of financial tasks that keep our company’s engine running. From reconciling accounts to preparing payroll and reports, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This is a remote position, though you must be based in Wisconsin and own a Mac computer.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process and prepare business forms, purchase facilitation, and balance checks
• Generate financial analyses and assist the finance director with reports
• Manage individual accounts and monitor budgets
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices
• Enter data into spreadsheets and audit financial reports
• Reconcile discrepancies through communication with employees or clients
• Prepare payroll and help administer routine financial operations
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and legal standards
• Assist with meetings and financial presentations for leadership
• Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce costs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent math and spreadsheet skills
• Deep understanding of financial data privacy and integrity

• Familiarity with business practices and accounting operations
• Proficient with the Apple ecosystem: iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.
