Propelus is seeking a Client Success Lead to guide a high-performing team of Client Success Managers (CSMs) and elevate the experience for government-focused clients across the nation. Reporting to the General Manager of Government Excellence, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and service—leading with data, empathy, and vision. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, knows how to scale relationships, and has a heart for healthcare compliance.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead a team of CSMs—mentor, coach, and set performance expectations
• Manage key client relationships and strategic accounts
• Oversee day-to-day operations, task prioritization, and workflow efficiency
• Be the point of escalation for complex or high-stakes client issues
• Track and report KPIs for both individuals and team performance
• Collaborate across departments to improve product delivery and impact
• Recruit, train, and develop new and existing team members
• Continuously optimize processes and CRM tools for data clarity and operational success
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in client success/account management; 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record leading customer-facing teams
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions and presenting metrics
• Familiar with CRM systems and customer success software
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workflows
• Bonus: Experience in Healthcare and/or SLED SaaS industries
