As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the human bridge between our powerful AI platform and the people it serves. • Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Hourly Rate:
ā€ƒā€¢ Geo 1: $48/hour
ā€ƒā€¢ Geo 2: $43/hour
ā€ƒā€¢ Geo 3: $41/hour

• Respond to customer inquiries across channels—delivering timely, helpful, and human-first support
• Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and care
• Track interactions and resolutions using CRM tools for data accuracy and trend analysis
• Offer insights and feedback to internal teams to improve product and service experiences
• Work collaboratively with Product, Ops, and Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Balance efficiency with empathy, maintaining trust with every interaction


šŸŽÆ Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Support role (preferably in tech/SaaS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication—especially when explaining technical concepts
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• Strong problem-solving instincts with a results-driven mindset
