Position Highlights
⢠Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
⢠Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM ā 6:30 PM EST
⢠Hourly Rate:
ā⢠Geo 1: $48/hour
ā⢠Geo 2: $43/hour
ā⢠Geo 3: $41/hour

š What Youāll Own
⢠Respond to customer inquiries across channelsādelivering timely, helpful, and human-first support
⢠Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and care
⢠Track interactions and resolutions using CRM tools for data accuracy and trend analysis
⢠Offer insights and feedback to internal teams to improve product and service experiences
⢠Work collaboratively with Product, Ops, and Engineering to escalate and resolve complex issues
⢠Balance efficiency with empathy, maintaining trust with every interaction
šÆ Must-Have Traits
⢠2+ years in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Support role (preferably in tech/SaaS)
⢠Excellent written and verbal communicationāespecially when explaining technical concepts
⢠Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
⢠Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
⢠Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
⢠Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
⢠Strong problem-solving instincts with a results-driven mindset
