At Tekmetric, we’re helping auto repair shops run smarter—and we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from day one to day awesome. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert and trusted partner for our newest users, ensuring a smooth, confident transition onto our platform. You’ll blend product knowledge with relationship building, becoming a key player in shaping how our customers experience the brand from the very start.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide new customers through onboarding, from account setup to successful adoption
• Deliver product walkthroughs and implementation support tailored to customer needs
• Manage onboarding timelines, data migrations, and stakeholder communication
• Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices for long-term success
• Log customer feedback, questions, and implementation notes in HubSpot
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Engineering
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing customer stakeholders
• Continuously improve onboarding processes with customer feedback and performance insights
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in onboarding, customer success, or client-facing roles
• Project management skills and a process-minded approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience in SaaS or fast-growing environments is a plus
