📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with energy and clarity
• Diagnose product issues and deliver effective, empathetic solutions
• Clearly communicate technical issues and next steps
• Track and update tickets, customer data, and communication logs
• Report bugs and escalate product issues to internal teams
• Proactively contribute to improving internal processes and support best practices
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics for service quality and responsiveness
• Collaborate with and support your teammates to build a culture of service-first success
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years experience in a contact center environment
• 2+ years working with Zendesk
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred)
• Familiar with CRM tools and ticketing systems (HubSpot a plus)
• Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of basic business and financial concepts
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• High technical aptitude and comfort navigating new tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset
