In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve overdue payments on personal finance loans. You’ll use empathy, strategy, and bilingual communication skills to get accounts back on track—all while maintaining compliance and performance goals.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound/inbound calls to resolve customer debts
• Identify delinquent accounts and offer clear paths to resolve them
• Maintain accurate records of payment status and communication
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly collections and performance metrics
• Comply with internal collections policies and procedures
• Work independently but collaboratively as part of the broader collections team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of credit and collections experience
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Prior experience in financial products or telemarketing preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Goal-driven, self-starter with a professional demeanor
• Team-oriented with a commitment to ethical practices
