You’ll be the first voice our clients hear, the trusted guide when they have questions, and the calm presence that brings quick, accurate solutions. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
• Quickly identify customer needs and deliver empowering solutions
• Build trust with clear, professional communication and proactive updates
• Coordinate internally with operations, product, and field teams
• Manage account records and ensure accurate follow-ups
• Assist with escalations and maintain customer satisfaction through resolution
• Participate in bi-weekly calibration meetings for ongoing process improvement
• Share feedback and suggest improvements to training, tools, and policies
• Embody our customer-first mindset in every interaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solver with a fresh, energetic approach
• CRM experience preferred
• Residential real estate or brokerage experience a plus
• Associate degree preferred—but strong work ethic, professionalism, and coachability are what really stand out
