⢠Receive inbound calls from customers pre-, during, and post-service
⢠Make outbound follow-up calls to keep customers informed
⢠Work with data recovery engineers to communicate findings clearly
⢠Answer customer questions about technical recovery processes and pricing
⢠Track communication and details accurately and efficiently
šÆĀ Must-Have Traits
⢠2ā4 years of sales or customer-facing experience
⢠Associateās or Bachelorās degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
⢠Excellent communication skillsāboth verbal and written
⢠Strong attention to detail and organization
⢠Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
⢠Comfortable analyzing customer needs and adapting solutions
